Whether you come to us or we come to you, we will take care of all paperwork, register your marriage with home affairs and provide you with a marriage certificate, when and where it works best for you.
Getting legally married is a very simple process. All it requires is the presence of you and your partner, two witnesses and a Marriage Officer. You can be married at home, at a venue or at our offices. You can be married at any time, on any day of the week.
Performing small, private weddings is a specialty of ours. The reasons for choosing to be married this way are varied but each are important.
Even though our ceremony was really just the legalities at the office Ryan made it a special and memorable event. The staff were incredibly efficient and also did all the home affairs bits including getting our unabridged marriage certificate. Thank you to all!

Documentation required: Copies of your IDs, copies of your witness IDs, divorce decrees if you have been married before, confirmation of ANC if applicable.
How soon can we be registered?
Assuming you have all the necessary documents to hand you could be married today so we can help at short notice if required. Once all the paperwork is signed we will submit to home affairs within 3 days. We will provide you with a marriage certificate immediately.
