Getting married – all the options!

There are a few options in how we can assist depending on what may be right for you. Here are the options:

Get Registered at our office

Having your marriage registered with us at our offices is very simple. We have an office in Lonehill and one in Centurion so you may use whichever is more convenient for you.

You are welcome to have up to 8 people attend including yourselves and witnesses.

Getting married at our offices is intended to be the conclusion of the legal formalities rather than to be ceremonial but of course you may exchange rings and vows.

This service includes registration of your marriage with Home Affairs and giving you a marriage certificate on the day.

Get Registered at home

As an alternative to coming to our offices to complete paperwork and registration of your marriage we can come to your home!

It’s a very simple process and is intended to be the conclusion of the legal formalities rather than to be ceremonial but of course you may exchange rings and vows.

This service includes registration of your marriage with Home Affairs and giving you a marriage certificate on the day.

Small Ceremony at home or a venue

You feel it appropriate to have a small and very intimate ceremony rather than ‘just do the paperwork’. In this case we come to your home, or venue of your choice, and perform a short wedding ceremony.

This is typically intended for a small wedding ceremony with up to 20 guests. We’ll perform a short ceremony and ensure paperwork and formalities are concluded. It’s a very simple and lovely process.

This service includes the ceremony, registration of your marriage with Home Affairs and providing you with a certificate on the day.
